Show a centered fixation cross (“+”) for a specified duration. Typically used before a trial to stabilize gaze/attention.

When To Use

• Pre-trial fixation to stabilize attention or gaze.
• Brief timing anchor before stimulus onset.
• Minimal visual content between task phases.
